LEGACY Strategic Advisory Group Discuss your project

What We Do

One project. Dozens of counterparties. One advocate accountable to you.

This is the flagship of the firm. A significant project surrounds an owner with professionals — each competent, each necessary, each carrying its own scope, contract, and incentives. The owner's representative is the one seat that carries yours.

What the role carries

We represent your priorities in every room you can't be in — and prepare you for the ones you're in. We coordinate the project's participants and their deliverables; review what they recommend before you rely on it; surface conflicts and misalignment while they're still cheap; organize decisions so they reach you framed, timed, and documented; support negotiations with contractors, consultants, and vendors — conducted in your name, concluded by you; escalate what deserves escalation; and report to you and your board with the discipline of an institution.

The standard behind every recommendation

Where we are. Where you're trying to go. What stands between the two. The options, what each costs, what each risks — and what we recommend. Every material recommendation is written down with its reasoning, so that a year later, anyone can reconstruct why the project went the way it did.

The boundary that protects you

We are your agent — never a party to the construction. Contracts for construction and design are between you and licensed professionals. That structure is not a limitation; it is the point. It keeps every provider directly accountable to you, and it keeps our advice free of any interest but yours.
